I didnt' make it Illinois, and I guess I was never headed there to start with. The folks I was going to visit have moved across the border into Missouri! But all that is for naught, since St. Louis airport is closed due to ice and snow and all flights in got cancelled. I got stranded in Denver, but remembered I had spoken with some folks years ago that said they lived 10 minutes from the airport and if I "ever got stranded" to give them a call. I did. They came and got me and now I have some new folks to hang out with this evening... How cool is that?!?!?!! Hopefully I'll get to Missouri tomorrow! Kent was right!
